| GENERAL RULES |

| - The only language spoken/written on this forum is ENGLISH. |
| - Please reply with a "Thank You" if a post has been helpful to you. |
| - Be an active poster, not just a leecher. |
| - Post in the correct sections. |
| - Political or religion posts are not allowed. |
| - Offensive text/Swearing and Racism posts are not allowed. |
| - Do Not Use Full CAPs on your topic Title. |
| - Do not post any asterisks or any other weird signs to get attention for your post. |
| - No porn or nudity allowed! |
| - No advertising allowed ! (This includes referring links, Warez sites & Warez blogs) |
| - Respect decisions of the staff, as they are final. |
| - If you have a problem with another user, use the Personal Message (PM) button to tell Forum staff members about the situation. |
| - Members are asked to not act as "backseat moderators". |
| - PM a Admin or Mod to report a user.Each forum member must have only 1 account. Users with multiple accounts will be banned automatically. |

| USERNAME LIMITS |

| - Please do not use a whole pile of symbols only. Make sure your username is readable. t3st is OK, t3#@& is not |
| - If needed you can change your username once only. Under certain circumstances you may be allowed one extra change. (See change log below) |

| AVATAR LIMITS |
| |
| - Maximum dimensions; width: 125 pixels, height: 125 pixels, file size: 98kB. |
| - It shouldn't be offensive in any way. |
| |
| SIGNATURE LIMITS |
| |
| -Your signature's length cannot be greater than 400 characters. |
| - An image placed in the signature cannot be bigger than 400x150 pixels ( Width x Height ) |
| - One image can be used in the signature. Or for example three images at 400x50. |
| - Images placed in the signature cannot be offensive in any way. |
| - Advertising warez-related forums in the signature is strongly prohibited unless you are a Ambassador |
| - A signature cannot contain any links to any warez forum. (Ambassador's excuded) |
| - Signatures must be written in English. |
- If an Ambassador becomes a Mod or Admin he/she will be allowed to keep the link in thier signature.  |

| POSTING |
| |
| - Use the CODE tags when posting your links!. |
| - The use of the HIDE tags are optional. |
| - When replying to a post with hidden links, please reply with a thank you . |
| - Do not post mirror links in another user's post. Please start your own topic. (See No Merging Of Topics) |
| - Excessive posting of similar messages to increase post count is not allowed. |
| - Any user caught posting meaningless crap (like: wkhdhnzx8565kikj oiuo876sa, for example) will be given a warning. |
| - Do not use font colors that will make your posts hard to read. A few colors is fine but do not go overboard. |
| - Do not use words such as Keygen, Patch, Serials or Crack in your post's subject line. 1st offense = a warning. 2nd time = post's get deleted! |
| - Do not use tags like [RS], [HTTP], [MS] etc...in your post's subject line. Please use the topic icons provided. Repeat offenders will receive a warning! |
| - Hacking utilities, flooders, email harvesters/spam tools, virus development tools/tutorials are strongly prohibited. |
| - Information is crucial so always add it to Your post. |
| - If possible include a small picture or screenshot. If over 600 wide the image will be automatically reduced. |
| - DO NOT post multiple items in one post, i.e. make ONE post for ONE app, movie, album, etc... DO NOT list various items in ONE post. |
| - Check fix-links before posting. Make sure they are free from viruses, worms, Trojans and browser hijackers. |
| - Freeware versions are welcome. See Windows FreeWare under Applications. |
| - If You want to add to your topic, please use the EDIT button. |
| - No trading! This is not a trade warez site. |
| - Test the link before You post it ! (Administrators or Moderators have the rights to remove untested links) |
| - Do not spam our board. |
| - Do not bump old threads, they are Useless. |
| - Post direct links only. (Links to RS User folders are OK) |
| - Do not post protected links! 1st time the post will be deleted and a warning issued. 2nd time results in being banned. |
| - Do not post links to any blogs or forums unless you have permission! |
| - All passwords must be enclosed in topic. |
| - Passwords that are names of other warez sites ARE allowed. |
- Post content should not be explicit, offensive, shocking, indecent, sick or pornographic. Content which is inhumane or unethical to be viewed by ages below 13 years old is not allowed. Any user caught posting such material will be Banned immediately without an explanation!. |

| - We are spending most of our time warning, banning and arguing with members over why they have had their posts deleted or have been banned. We are going to make it really simple. |

1) You will receive ONE warning if you post any links to files on banned file hosts. You are then expected to change your links to approved filehosts. If they are not changed the offending post/s will be deleted. |
2) If you ignore the warning and you still post any links to files on banned file hosts, ALL your posts will be deleted! (When all posts are deleted, they are not recoverable!) |
| 3) If you still post links to files on banned file hosts after having all your posts deleted, you will be banned! |

Our apologies to the few people who posted responsibly on these but we are being inundated with these lousy sites. For all those people that have posted responsibility for the last few months their posts will remain on the forum.
As from March 2009, anyone who links their posts to these sites in any way (cashlinks, link redirects..etc) will be subject to the rules above!! |

We do not recommend using forum posting software as you are likely to post links that may be OK on other sites but are banned here. It is your responsibility to check your links before submitting them.
We will not bend the rules because you did not read the rules! |

NO MERGING OF TOPICS |
| |
- Topics will not be merged on deviantWarez. |
- This makes it easier to locate working links without having to search through endless post's. |
- This also makes it easier for all Admins and Mod's to clean up dead links. |
| |
| REQUESTS |
| |
| - Do not make requests in our Chat box. |
| - Please take your time to use the SEARCH button to see whether a similar request has already been made. |
| - Requests should be made in the appropriate sections. |
| - Don't make requests in any topics. Use the PM button if you have a question for the original poster. |
| - Do not request all hacking utilities, flooders, email harvesters/spam tools, virus development tools/tutorials. |
| - Do not ask for Credit Card numbers, IP addresses, user names, passwords, fake IDs, etc... |
| - Do not request porn/other offensive content. |
| - Be precise when requesting: write EXACTLY what you are searching for. |
| - Do not bump a request, You have to wait at least 5 days until you bump your request. |
| - Do say "Thank You" to those members, who helped You. |
| - Once Your request has been fulfilled, please add [Solved!] in the front of Your post's title and PM a mod to close the topic. |

| WARNING SYSTEM |
| |
| - A maximum of 3 warnings can be given to a member of this forum. These can be earned by breaking any of the above rules. |
| - After 3rd warning, your account will be banned automatically and no way to come back. |
| - If You redeem yourself, you will lose the warnings throughout time. |
| |
| WAYS TO GET A WARNING OR BE BANNED |
| |
| - Arguing with a MOD/ADMIN. They have the warning and ban buttons, You can't see these buttons. |
| - Using a lot of CAPS (You will receive an official warning). |
| - Using words like Keygen, Patch or Crack in your post's subject. |
| - Posting porn-related stuff (automatic ban). |
| - Requesting any kind of hacking tools (a warning will be given and your request will be deleted). |
| - Requesting porn/other offensive content (also by PM). |
| - Requesting in a non requesting area or on-topic, it can cost you a warning. |
| - Advertising warez-related forums (automatic ban!). (Ambassador's excuded) |
| - PM-Spam ( automatic ban). |
| - Flame wars ( both people involved will receive a warning or possible ban). |
| - Racist Talk or Ideas (automatic ban). |
| - Going off-topic can get you warned at moderators discretion. |
| - Posting religious posts (automatic ban) this is a warez-board. |
| - Not using the Search button. |
| - Acting as a backseat moderator (telling other members about their actions will receive a warning). |

| REPORTING POSTS |
| |
| - Please report dead or offensive posts to Admin/Mods by using PM or the report button. |
| - Always give the link to the thread you are reporting. |
| - Do not post anything in the thread itself. |
| - In the case of spammers - Please tell Admin/Mod about them by PM (do not reply topic when you see this, because it is useless). |

| - We are not liable for what you post or download. You are to take your own risk! |
